A Parents' Day will let mothers and fathers see their adult children in their working environment.
Depending on your particular operation, you can either make your Parents' Day a special company-wide event, schedule it by department, or just let workers know they are welcome to bring their parents in for a visit. Consider hosting a casual lunch, a tour of the facility, and a presentation that demonstrates what you do. Allow time for parents to see your staff in action.
